The CD&R Foundation was created in 2021 to expand our efforts to positively impact the communities in which we operate.
Foundation Mission
We have a broad, but focused mission: to enable equity through opportunity. In practice, this means supporting young people and untapped talent in accessing the skills, resources and networks they need to thrive in employment. We achieve this through collaborative support of organizations and initiatives in our local communities and the broader workforce development ecosystem.

The CD&R Foundation is proud to support the following organizations. All aim to promote Low and Moderate Income (LMI) talent by connecting them to workforce training, high-quality jobs and ongoing professional development opportunities throughout their careers. The CD&R Foundation conducts an invitation-only process and will contact potential grantees selected to submit applications for funding.
