Harsh joined CD&R in 2020 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. He played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Epicor, Cloudera and Presidio. Harsh also serves as a member of the Firm’s Inclusion Committee and CD&R Foundation Grants & Service Council. Previously, he held positions at EQT Partners and TPG Capital and worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. Harsh has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School.
