James joined CD&R in 2022 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the consumer sector. Prior to joining CD&R, he held positions at BC Partners, Sageview Capital, and in the investment banking division of Citi. James has a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
