Kelley joined CD&R in 2023. Prior to that, she worked as a legal counsel at Power Corporation of Canada and as an associate at Dentons Canada LLP. She holds a BSc and LL.B. from Université de Montréal and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University.
