Matthias joined CD&R in 2020 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the consumer and retail vertical. He has played a key role in the Firm's investment in Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc. Previously, he worked at PSP Investments, Bain Capital, and Boston Consulting Group. Matthias has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, from St. John’s College, Oxford University.
